The VGT-809FHA Zinc Sulfide Lens Optical Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine is mainly composed of an ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic vibration plate, detergent ultrasonic tank, tap water ultrasonic tank, pure water ultrasonic tank, liquid storage tank, circulation filtration system, automatic constant temperature heating system, agitation device, machine frame, high-level water tank, electrical control system, and more.

This equipment is a continuous working device consisting of 8 ultrasonic tanks made of stainless steel, including detergent ultrasonic tanks, tap water ultrasonic tanks, and pure water ultrasonic tanks. It adopts a four-sided overflow structure, which can quickly remove floating debris and achieve high-efficiency cleaning. Different processes can be applied based on factors such as lens material, size, and thickness to achieve degreasing, decontamination, and dehydration.

Zinc Sulfide Lens Optical Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine Equipment Features:

1、Tank Structure: Each tank is equipped with four-sided overflow ports, with an overflow channel width of 35 mm. Each tank is an independent circulation tank, where the detergent is pumped from the storage tank by a circulation pump, filtered, and then returned to the cleaning tank, forming a parent-child tank circulation system.

2、Workpiece Lifting Mechanism: The lifting and lowering of workpieces are achieved by a motor-driven chain transmission. The motor uses a Japanese "Panasonic" servo motor (with adjustable speed frequency conversion), with a power of 1/2 HP. To ensure the cleanliness of the workpieces and cleaning solution, the transmission mechanism is not located above the cleaning workpieces, preventing metal wear particles and lubricating oil from falling during transportation. The rear transmission mechanism is separated from the front solvent cleaning area by a partition to prevent rear transmission dust from entering the front area.

3、Agitation Mechanism: The agitation motor drives a linear slider up and down through an eccentric wheel, fundamentally ensuring the continuity of agitation, reducing frictional resistance, and preventing damage to the agitation system due to overweight workpieces. This allows the agitation frame to drive the cleaning basket to move up and down within the cleaning tank. It operates with good stability and low noise. During the cleaning process, the workpieces undergo uniform agitation, increasing friction between the workpieces and the liquid, facilitating the rapid removal of surface contaminants and improving cleaning effectiveness.

4、Machine Frame Chassis and Door Panel Structure: The entire machine frame is made of steel profiles. Decorative door panels are installed at the front and both sides, made of stainless steel sand rubber panels with a reflective surface, giving an elegant and stylish appearance. The door panels are hinged and flip-open.

5、Electrical Control: The control cabinet is located on the left side of the first tank and contains the ultrasonic generation system, relays, air switches, transformers, and other main electrical control circuits. The control panel is located at the front of the electrical control cabinet for easy operation. It centrally houses the power switch, work status indicator lights, heating switch, temperature display, timer, alarm buzzer, and more.

6、Functions of Each Part: The entire machine is controlled by PLC + touch screen, allowing adjustment of process parameters according to production needs and optional ultrasonic systems in various frequency ranges. An FFU high-efficiency filtration system is installed to ensure the cleanliness of the working environment. It features a high degree of automation, making it suitable for continuous mass production with stable cleaning quality.
